1. Battery System Instruction
Large Solar ESS LiFePO4 battery 25kWh is high power DC application backup power supply products manufactured by HKETEK Co.,Ltd, using prismatic LiFePO4 battery cell, 60S2P assembled, to provide 25kW emergency standby power. 192V130ah system consists of 4 modules of 48V 130Ah batteries and 1 standard 19”cabinet, connected in series to form high voltage battery system.

||25kWh rechargeable lithium battery has CANbus and RS485 standard communication interface, it can real-time monitoring the capacity of battery bank, the battery voltage, environment temperature, charging/discharging current and battery SOC, SOH etc.

Recommended storage environment:
Long time storage:
If the battery need be stored for a long time, the voltage should be at 50%SOC, and stored in the condition as storage proposal. It needs at least one charge & discharge cycle every six months.

Higher Power: Delivers twice power of lead acid battery, even high discharge rate, while maintaining high energy capacity.
Wider Temperature Range: -20℃~60℃.
Superior Safety: Lithium Iron Phosphate chemistry eliminates
the risk of explosion or combustion due to high impact, overcharging or short circuit situation.
Increased Flexibility: Modular design enables deployment of up to four batteries in series and up to ten batteries in parallel.
5. Lithium Battery Operation Instruction
- Do not surpass the largest charging current that the specification stipulated.
- Do not surpass the highest limited voltage that the specification stipulated.
- Charging temperature: within temperature scope that specification stipulated.
- Charge with constant current, then with the constant voltage, no reverse charge, which is dangerous.
- Special note: Short time doesn't affect the use of the battery overcharge too, but for a long period of time over discharge or over charge can affect the function of the battery failure, or the battery can't use permanent, appear serious safety hazards, need a long time floating please use the recommended floating model specification.
