3. Test Conditions

3.1 Standard Test Conditions

3.1.1 Unless otherwise specified, all performance tests is required conducted at temperature 25℃±2℃, Humidity less than 45%~75%RH.

3.1.2 Unless otherwise specified, the tested product is required unused within two month after outgoing.

5. Protective circuit specification

The batteries are supplied with a LiFePO4 Battery Management System (BMS) that can monitor and optimized each single prismatic cell during charge & discharge, to protect the battery pack overcharge, over discharge, short circuit. Overall, the BMS helps to ensure safe and accurate running.

Warranty:
The period of warranty is one year from the date of shipment. We guarantees to give a replacement in case of cells with defects proven due to manufacturing process instead of the customer abuse and misuse.

Storage of the cells:
The cells should be stored at room temperature, charged to about 30% to 50% of capacity. We recommend that batteries be charged about once per half a year to prevent over discharge.

Cautions in use:
To ensure proper use of the cell, please read the manual carefully before using it.
  1. Do not expose to, dispose of the cell in fire.
  2. Do not put the cell in a charger or equipment with wrong terminals connected.
  3. Avoid shorting the cell.
  4. Avoid excessive physical shock or vibration.
  5. Do not disassemble or deform the cell.
  6. Do not immerse in water.
  7. Do not use the cell mixed with other different make, type, or model cells.
  8. Keep out of the reach of children.
  9. Cell must be charge in appropriate charge only.
  10. Never use a modified or damaged charge.
  11. Do not leave cell in charge over 24 hours.
  12. Store the cell in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
  13. Regulations vary for different countries, dispose of the cells in accordance with local regulations.
